I think an e-reader is a parenting necessity. A paper book will always be a treasure but you can’t beat the convenience of digital. .. especially when it might get kicked out of your hand or you want to read at night without fussing with a reading light.

Plus with the Libby app you can download library books for free. Mine has already paid for itself multiple times over.
